Im gonna go ahead and disagree with ya on that one CC. I have a serious soft spot for 3/24.

That He's Gone > Truckin' > Spanish Jam > Dark Star > Sing Me Back Home > Sugar Magnolia chunk is truly one for the ages. Couple that with the HCSunshine and China>Rider - dude 3/24 is straight up outta control.

3/28 aint too shabby either, but I gotta say 3/24 is mo betta imo. Im gonna have to give 3/28 another spin though - it has been a while for me.

I also think 3/24 is hands down the best of the month. That segment you mention is one of the highlights of the year IMO, and that 20+ jam out of Truckin' is one of my favorite Phil moments ever. Spot-on playing the whole show, as it the case with most '73 shows though. But the Spectrum show is just a beast. Maybe I'm overrating it because I'm such a Phil-Head, but I don't think so.

Hey now, I certainly won't disagree with you guys....I meant more that it was a contender, but not necessarily the best. I have a serious soft spot for 3/24 myself. I just recently spent some time listening to all of March '73 and I have found something to love in almost every show. Especially If you throw 4/2 in the mix you've got some legendary shit going on here...
